John L. Otto, O.D.
Dr. Otto graduated from Washington State University and received his Doctorate in Optometry from Pacific University. He has been in private practice for over 20 years and is a member of the American Optometric Association, Washington Association of Optometric Physicians.
Patricia M. Keech, O.D., F.A.A.O.
Dr. Keech has resided in Shoreline for 25 years, and joined the team at Highland Vision in 1999. Previously, she was on staff at Group Health in Seattle in the contact lens section. She has served on the board of the American Academy of Optometry, on various committees of the American Optometric Association, and is a diplomate of the Cornea and Contact Lens Section of the AAO, which reflects her special interest and expertise in specialty contact lens applications, such as post-surgical, corneal refractive and keratoconus fittings. She has done clinical contact lens research since the 1970's, while a faculty member at the Indiana University School of Optometry. She has lectured internationally and published widely in her field.

Mark Hamilton, O.D.
A graduate of Indiana University School of Optometry, Dr. Hamilton launched and grew a solo practice in his native Wisconsin for 14 years before relocating to the Seattle, Washington area. His concepts of patient care have been developed over 27 years of private and corporate lease practice.
Dr. Hamilton is known for finding creative solutions to patients' eye care needs. He specializes in fitting silicone hydrogel lenses, and his high success rate makes him a much-sought resource to fellow optometric physicians for consults and lectures.
Dr. Hamilton lives with his wife in Bellevue, Washington, and has three sons, two stepsons, and a lovably loyal mutt. In his spare time he is a professional sports announcer for Comcast Varsity Sports and is actively involved in organizing charitable functions for The Renaissance Group foundation. An avid golfer, his quest to achieve a single-digit handicap continues.
Andrea Clements, O.D.
Dr. Andrea Clements earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Indiana University in 2008. In addition to practicing optometry in the greater Seattle area, Dr. Clements has served as an optometric physician in the United States Army Reserve and National Guard for the last five of her eleven years as an officer. She is the President of the King County Optometric Association and a member of the Washington State Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association and the AOA Contact Lens and Sports Section.
Dr. Clements is passionate about comprehensive care and patient education and comprehension. In addition to exceptional personal care for her patients, she strives to educate each patient on the importance of new innovations in contact lens technology, and nutritional and lifestyle changes for improved ocular health. Seeing Dr. Clements is more than just a prescription for glasses or contacts; she truly offers complete eye care.
Dr. Clements is a native to the Pacific Northwest and loves the local outdoors culture. When she is not in the office, Dr. Clements is an avid runner who competes in marathons, a dedicated student of the culinary arts, and a paddle boarder who loves to be out on the water in Lake Washington.
Dawn Miller, Licensed Optician
Dawn started in the optical industry in 1991 and received her Washington State Optician License and ABO certificate in 1995. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to the zoo, hiking, and traveling.
Paula is our early-bird optometric technician, assisting our patients with contact lens education, special testing, and helping our doctors deliver the best quality care.
Front Desk Crew
Claire (left): She rounds out the front desk on busy mornings and complements the rest of our team. She maintains the traffic flow at the front desk as she schedules appointments and keeps the paperwork flowing.
Joyce (middle): She is our longest serving employee, a peaceful anchor for us all. She will greet you at the front desk and facilitate all your optometric sevices, including billing and insurance.
Deb (right): Also known as "our rock", is our office manager and is able to do any job in the office, although she does let the docs and opticians do their thing. She keeps us in line and focused!
Elizabeth is a graduate of Northwest University and has been involved as an optometric technician and front desk assistant since 2009. She enjoys working with patients in order to best serve their eyecare needs. Additionally, she is a piano teacher and enjoys performance is both classical and modern music.
Shalayna works full-time at our front desk. She received her associate degree from Edmonds Community College and is planning on finishing her degree in Health Informatics & Information Management in the spring of 2016 from Shoreline Community College. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and friends and her two small dogs, Momi and Portia
Charlotte is a graduate of Western Washington University, with an associate's degree from Tacoma Community College and certificate in Medical Insurance Billing and Coding. She works at the front desk and as a technician, greeting patients and verifying insurance. She enjoys archery, comic books and studying animal behavior in her free time.
Abby grew up in Redmond, WA and moved to Wenatchee in high school. After earning her Associate Degree from Wenatchee Valley College, she worked as an Arts and Entertainment reporter for The Wenatchee World for almost 7 years. She now lives in Shoreline with her boyfriend, his daughter, and two very adorable cats. In her free time, she enjoys movies, cooking, and going for walks and hikes in and around the Pacific Northwest. She has served as an optometric technician at our clinic since 2016 and is a valuable asset to our clinic.
